Renovated House, the alternative design

This is the alternative design for development of old existing house. For this renovated house design we only added new floor, so the owner would have enough rooms to accommodate all family member’s activities. We moved the entrance from first floor to second floor and designed new façade for the renovated house design. It surely created new look in low budget. The house came out in simple and modern architecture looks without too many ornamental designs. We used straight lines and simple form and some natural stones for accent. We completed this renovated house design in 2004. It was very old design :)

Renovated House

This renovated house design was a development of an old existing house. The few changes we made were add new Floor, change the entrance and design new façade. New floor was added to this renovated house design to accomodate all family member's needs. New facade came out in simple architecture looks, it only had curvy lines on windows design in order to create a feminine look and to soften the straight and rigid forms of this renovated house design. The result was not really bad though :) the most important was the owner got the renovation in low budget. We developed this renovated house design 4 years ago.
