Sketch of Large House Plan

Now we put the architectural sketch of large house design with 210m2 building area. This modern large house plan has 5 bedrooms include 1 maid’s bedroom and 4 bathrooms. The house is completed with living room, family room, dining room and service area such as kitchen and laundry room, plus 2 cars garage. 210m2 is quite big for a residential in here, with that large area; owner can get rooms for everyone ?We designed this large house in modern design style as seen on the front view. We played with simple form, texture and colour elements for the architecture design. This modern house plan is only in one floor. There’s enough space for garden and carport as well and we designed this house for further development in case the owner wanted to add more spaces to his house.

Receptionist Interior

This interior design sketch is the receptionist counter in karaoke room. The concept is modern style. It is designed using frosted glass, mirror, cement textured and vinyl wall covering for the wall combined with wooden counter table and display case. For ceiling, play with circular form in gypsum board, continuous lightings and spot lights for certain part of the ceilings. All colors are natural colors, gray, brown and beige.

Blenduk Church

This church cannot be excluded from the history of Semarang old town. This Protestant Church Immanuel was used by two religions, catholic and Protestant before year 1870. Before Catholic Church St Joseph was built. In 1753 this church was built for the first time. The building adopted the Javanese roof style. Total renovation was done in 1787. The last design was developed by architect HPA de Wilde and W Westmaas during the renovation in 1894.


The music instrument

The pseudo Baroque style influenced this building. It is a common European architecture style in 17-19th century. The octagonal forms is used for main building with curved roof. The parabola roof design, which makes this church famous. It is called Blenduk in Javanese. The interior is quite unique. The altar also has octagonal form. An iron circular stair directs to an ancient music instrument inside the church, even though this instrument is no longer used. It was made by P Farwangler and Hummer.

It is a small house plan and designed in 90m2 building area. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are 1 master bedroom completed with bathroom. And other 3 bedrooms which all are small size bedrooms: 9m2 each. Pretty much small for bedroom design, but it is standard size in here ? This small house plan has a living room, guest room, kitchen and dining room. The architecture of this small house plans is designed in mediterranean style. It comes with column, porch and some ornamental profiles on certain part of the house. It still has space for garden and carport.
